AP EAMCET 2016 Eligibility Criteria
It is advised to properly read the laid down eligibility criteria of AP EAMCET before applying. Candidates should fill the application form only if they are sure that they fulfill entire criteria, otherwise, fill the form will be a waste of time because the candidature will be canceled.
The Eligibility Criteria for EAMCET 2016 is as below:
• Candidate must be a national of India or should be a Person of India (POI)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)
• Minimum age limit for the exam is 17 years, as on 31st December.
• Candidate should be a beholder of class XII pass certificate from a recognized board or any other equivalent certificate for recognized authority.
• The combination of subjects in class XII should be Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology.
• Minimum percentage secured in the qualifying examination for General category candidates is 45%. Whereas, the same for the reserved category is 40%.
AP EAMCET 2016 Application Form
The application form of AP EAMCET 2016 is available now. The conducting body has only released it online and candidates can not acquire it from any other medium. To submit the application form, candidates can click on the link below and will be required to submit the application fee.
The fee amount of AP EAMCET 2016 is Rs. 350 and it can be paid either via AP Online or Debit/Credit card. Candidates who will not submit the application form before the last date, which is 24 March, may apply by remitting late fee amount.
AP EAMCET 2016 Admit Card
The JNTU has released the AP EAMCET 2016 admit card only for a limited period of time. The issuance will begin from 22 April 2016 and will end on 27 April 2016. After the last date of issuance, no other provision will be provided to download to the AP EAMCET 2016 Hall Ticket. Hence, it is advised that candidates acquire it within the prescribed duration.
The Hall Ticket of AP EAMCET 2016 must be carried to the exam center, along the copy of the filled application form. The copy of the form must have a recent coloured photograph of the candidates which should be attested by Gazetted Officer/Principal of College. Candidates will have to write their signature and put thumb impression on the copy of the form, in the presence of the invigilator.
AP EAMCET 2016 Exam Pattern
AP EAMCET exam pattern is very simple. Total of 160 questions of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will be there in the question paper. No negative marking is done for the wrong answer and for each correct answer candidate will be rewarded 1 marks each. The question paper will be available in two languages, English and Telugu. However, those who will opt for Hyderabad centre will have the liberty to write AP EAMCET 2016 in Urdu.
AP EAMCET 2016 Cut Off
One can participate in the counselling round only if they have scored up to or more than the minimum required cut off marks, as determined by the conducting body. The cut off is always decided by EAMCET committee and it is declared only after the exam.
AP EAMCET 2016 Document Verification
The counselling and the document verification round may or may not happen jointly, depending on the policies of AP EAMCET. Document verification is as important as any other round. Even if the candidate scores high marks in the written exam or does well in the counselling round they can still be disqualified if submitted documents are incomplete or forged.
